Each week Andy will focus on a specific topic: #1 (April 16) Body/Breath; #2 (April 23) Feelings/the Heart; #3 (April 30) Mind/Thoughts; and #4 (May 7) - Putting it All Together. To sign up for the series, logged in members can register online by clicking the Register Now button on this page. Members and everyone else can register by emailing us at with Meditation Series in the subject line. Space is limited! Registration preference for FHNN members, active volunteers, and current Meditation members will expire on Sunday, March 31 cob (or sooner if spaces are filled).  Registrations will be confirmed.
