Additional Information

Physicians Chris Duke, MD and Andrea Hulse, DO, of Complete Concierge Care will discuss how to build a care team, maintain wellness and independence and plan ahead for future needs as we age—including managing chronic conditions, coordinating care across providers, and knowing when to consider additional support.

Attorney Paula Gibson of Gibson Mediation Group will talk about the essential legal documents that every adult should have in place—an advance directive, a power of attorney, and a will. She will explain how family mediation may come into play if such documents of life plans are not made in advance of a health issue.
