Information will be presented on Jill's Harbor (a small residence with 5 private bedrooms), Brighton Gardens/Sunrise, and Forest Hills by Goodwin Living.  A representative from each facility will speak for approximately 15 minutes about the available services.  There will be time for questions. This is a way for you to learn about services available to you in our area in case you need assistance in the future.

Information About Our Speakers

Megan Pryor, CDP, Brighton Gardens

Megan Pryor is an accomplished senior living and healthcare executive with 20+ years of expertise in business development, hospitality, sales leadership, and senior community engagement. As a relatively new Director of Sales for Brighton Gardens, Sunrise Senior Living, she is returning to Sunrise properties, which she worked for several years previously. Megan’s passion for keeping seniors safe at home, wherever they call home, is clear to all that interact with her.


A Certified Dementia Care Practitioner and former Director of Sales at Sunrise Senior Living-in Rockville, Megan combines strategic growth skills with a deep commitment to serving older adults. She serves on the Board of Directors for GROWS (Grass Roots Organization for Well Being of Seniors), leading programs that connect and educate senior service professionals and brings a proven ability to deliver results while enhancing the quality of life for seniors.

Mary Curry, Forest Hills of DC by Goodwin Living 

Mary Curry combines strong business leadership with genuine empathy, guiding older adults and their families through life’s transitions while driving organizational performance and enhancing community reputation. A strategic sales growth leader with more than seven years of success in the senior living industry, she develops high-performing teams and builds collaborative partnerships that strengthen & engage community impact.


She has consistently delivered record-breaking results, including achieving 100% occupancy at The View Alexandria and increasing Forest Hills of DC from 40% to 90% in just eight months, by executing innovative sales strategies and mentoring staff to excel.


Gigi Elizee, MSN, RN, ALM, DN    

Owner & Administrator, Jill’s Harbor, Assisted Living & Memory Care

Gigi Elizee is the owner and administrator of Jill’s Harbor, two boutique-style residential assisted living homes opening soon in Chevy Chase and Bethesda. Named in honor of her late mother, Jill, a fellow registered nurse and caregiver, Jill’s Harbor is built on a commitment to support dignity, meaningful connections, and quality of life for older adults.


A Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of experience, Gigi has worked across healthcare settings, including long-term care, acute care, public health, and healthcare technology. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Stony Brook University, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and a post-master’s certificate in healthcare informatics from University of Maryland. She is also a Certified Dementia Practitioner and a proud Navy veteran. Gigi brings a passion for community-based aging, a deep understanding of senior care systems, and a strong belief in supporting older adults to live with purpose and connection.
